Save your movie for e-mailPublished: August 8, 2006
An easy way to share a short movie with friends and family is to e-mail it to them directly from Windows Movie Maker. The quality won’t be as good as a DVD or CD, but you can’t beat the speed of delivery. In a few easy steps, Movie Maker can create a new e-mail message for you with a lower-resolution version of your movie attached to the message. Then, all you have to do is add a recipient and click Send. To save and send your movie as an e-mail message
Recipients of your e-mail message can double-click the attachment to watch the movie. Note: Messages with video attachments can take a few minutes to send and receive because of the large file size of the attachment. Sharing higher-resolution videoMovie Maker automatically reduces the file size of your movie for you to make it easy to send through e-mail. Reducing file size also reduces video resolution. You may want to have more control over the file size. For example, if you are sending your movie to a friend who can receive larger files in e-mail, you might want to send a higher-resolution video, which will be better quality.
